The Order to implement the Secretary of State's decision on the review, and a subsequent amendment Order, are available on Her Majesty's Stationery Office's website. The amendment Order issued a revised Order map comprising Sheet 1, Sheet 2, Sheet 3, Sheet 4, Sheet 5, Sheet 6 and Sheet 7.
